A scarce first edition AP-14 'Anneau' armchair, designed in 1955 by Pierre Paulin, produced by AP originals (A.Polak).
The chair has a silver painted steel frame and retains its original thick dark brown leather hide sling seat which has acquired a superb look and supple feel.Â
This design is less well known than the more common butterfly chair for artifort, this design is earlier and could be seen as the inspiration for the butterfly.Â
